Stopped here for a lunch break while riding the rail trail. Smoked brisket sandwich was amazing! French fries are some of the best around, I'd go back just for the fries! Staff was very friendly.

Friendly and great small town bar. Walking distance and very good specials on food. I usually do carryout but sometimes will enjoy a game of pool and a drink, either by myself or with friends.

We stopped for a drink while biking on the rail trail on a Sunday afternoon. The bartender (wish I knew her name) was so friendly. Looking forward to stopping here again on our next ride. I was happy to see they had a Rusty Rail tap!

What a pleasant surprise! Great food! Friendly staff! Patrons were fun and good company! We will come back! We were coming in off the bike trail and not going to stay because they allow smoking but after a couple of drinks we were hooked on the place! Thank you Michelle! You are adorable and we loved your hospitality! THANK YOU!

We were visiting while they were doing renovations. Will go back and check it out when done! Don't let it scare you, the staff and Patrons are nice and they have some outside seating by the trail.

After a day of conquering the rail trail, my parched throat and growling stomach led me to what might be the perfect oasis: Rail Trail Tavern. The atmosphere hits you immediately—rustic charm with just enough polish to make you feel like you've discovered a secret rather than a tourist trap. Edison bulbs cast a warm glow over reclaimed wood, while vintage railway memorabilia tells stories from walls that have clearly seen their share of celebrations. On weekends, the place hums with energy from both locals and trail warriors, creating this perfect blend of "everybody knows everybody" and "everybody's welcome." Their drink selection deserves poetry. The rotating beer list reads like a love letter to local breweries. The bartenders mix drinks with the confidence of people who genuinely enjoy what they're creating. Location? Perfection. Literally steps from the trail, you can watch fellow cyclists and hikers through the windows while your muscles thank you for the reprieve. There's something deeply satisfying about enjoying a cold one while still wearing your trail dust like a badge of honor. But let's talk food—because bar food here transcends the greasy afterthought you might expect—it’s. Positive delight. Rail Trail Tavern isn't just convenient to the trail—it's part of the experience.

Great convenient happy bar. Just jump off a bike or car right in town on the rail trail and enjoy a beverage, darts, SNOWBALL STAND, and good people.
